Stylish cottage in the centre of Whitstable

The front door leads directly into the living room with its wood burning stove and 2 comfy sofas. The TV has a built in dvd player, perfect for watching a film from the large collection of dvds available. The dining room has a wooden table and 6 chairs, along with a separate arm chair and vintage railway bench. This leads through to a modern kitchen, complete with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and large range cooker - perfect for a Sunday roast. A selection of cook books are available for inspiration. As with most fisherman's cottages in Whitstable, the bathroom is on the ground floor leading off the kitchen. In here you'll find a bath with overhead rain style shower head, basin and wc. The courtyard garden has a large table and bench to fit everyone, deckchairs and fishing nets in the shed! Ideal for a bit of crabbing on the harbour. Upstairs you'll find the front bedroom with its original Victorian fitted wardrobes, iron double bed and dressing table. The back bedroom also has a double bed, large chest of drawers and hanging space. Upstairs again, into the attic, are 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and hanging space. The sun floods in the skylight during the day and benefits black out blinds for night time. PLEASE NOTE The staircase up to the attic is narrow and steep so not suitable for those with limited mobility or very young children.
